At this point in our construction schedule we will see the finished framing and SIP’s panels, passive cooling coupled with a high-efficiency mechanical system, structured plumbing utilizing rainwater harvesting, and alternative energy options.
LEED® for Homes is a rating system that promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes. Green homes use less energy, water and natural resources, create less waste, and are more durable and comfortable for occupants.
