First Home Tour!

We had our first tour of the Stanley Residence on June 5th. It was a great success with about 25 folks in attendance to see the SIPs panels up and near complete.

Schedule of Tour Dates

The Final Tour is scheduled for Saturday, May 21st at 7:30pm (right before dusk).
Tours are open to the public and will be conducted by the Architect and General Contractor who will discuss the energy saving design techniques of the project.

The Stanley Residence – A LEED® for Homes Registered Project

The Stanley project takes advantage of a wide range of energy saving design techniques and new technology.

Some of the techniques considered for the Stanley Residence to achieve these goals include:

LEED® for Homes is a rating system that promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes. Green homes use less energy, water and natural resources, create less waste, and are more durable and comfortable for occupants.
